It is obtained by distillation of steam, with the classic system of double distillation of the fragrant grape of Brunello di Montalcino. These skins maintain all the characteristics of the wine and the terroir from which they come, and having been subjected to long maceration, are rich in alcohol and perfumes. This fine Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino Riserva, then, is patiently aged in oak wood barrels for 18 months. The quality of the raw material, combined with the method accurate than traditional production methods, give the product unique. |
