CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE:
The characteristics of the items, including the sale price, are shown in the online catalog and visible at each stage of order completion before the conclusion of the contract. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Enoteca di Piazza guarantees the products shipped are the same as those indicated on their website.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the product is visibly damaged or does not comply with the order (year or company other than the one requested), Enoteca di Piazza, provided that it receives notice within 24 hours of delivery of the package, guarantees its replacement at no additional expense no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
In the event the package appears damaged upon arrival or if the number of packages shipped does not correspond to the order, we recommend you DO NOT ACCEPT the goods or insert the wording “with reserve” in the transport document.
The conditions of sale for each product are those reported and visible on our website upon completion of order before the conclusion of the same. Enoteca di Piazza reserves the right to update the conditions and prices of sale at any time and without notice. All prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
The transmitted order will be considered concluded and binding for Enoteca di Piazza only when the customer receives confirmation of acceptance via email. Following this confirmation email, the customer is required to review the order details and promptly report any errors.
Following each order, an invoice will be issued (only if requested when completing the order) otherwise a receipt will be included with the shipment.
If payment is by bank transfer in advance, the customer is requested to confirm via Fax 0577/848037 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org all data of the completed transaction (CRO number and date of purchase) within 48 hours following the order (excluding holidays). After 48 hours and without an agreement between Enoteca di Piazza and the customer, the order will be canceled. It is understood that the order will be processed only after receipt of the transaction.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. Delivery times shown on our site are based on product availability and the delivery schedule indicated by the carriers. In the event of a technical error, if a product ordered is unavailable, you will be notified via email of any delay in delivery so that you may choose to confirm, substitute or cancel the item ordered.
Enoteca di Piazza assumes no responsibility for any delays due to strikes by carriers or any category that compromises traffic.
Courier deliveries are made during normal business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00). It is recommended to submit a delivery address where someone will be available to accept delivery. It is advisable to provide a telephone number in order to facilitate the courier’s work if the address is not found.
Enoteca di Piazza assumes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred if a second delivery is necessary due to no one available to receive the goods at the indicated destination or if an incorrect address was submitted at order time. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient.
In reference to the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n. 185 and in implementation of Directive 97/7/EC relating to the protection of consumers in respect contracts of distance, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to “Enoteca di Piazza, Piazza Garibaldi, 4 53024 Montalcino (Siena), Italy”; this communication can also be sent in advance by fax or email, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. The motivation has no relevance. An indication of the cause for the request of withdrawal, in the event this depends on us, would help us to improve our service. The refund will be made by bank transfer or other means specified in the letter of withdrawal and will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the desire to withdraw from the purchase. The goods must not be opened, deprived of the wrapping or parts thereof and not show signs of tampering. In these cases, return shipment will not be accepted.
THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN WILL BE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Enoteca di Piazza is not liable for any damage to products occurring during the return shipment of the same. If Enoteca di Piazza receives damaged or tampered returned products, or if it does not receive the relevant delivery, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the same. It is therefore advisable to use a suitable courier to return the goods and guarantee the tracking of the shipment. Finally, the legislation on the right of withdrawal is not applicable when the buyer is a commercial operator or a reseller.
