– All bottles are packed in protective polystyrene sleeves. For orders of 30 bottles or more, the polystyrene sleeves will arrive on wooden pallets.
– Delivery within 24-48 hours. For any delays over 48 hours, please contact us for tracking information.

Enoteca di Piazza assumes no responsibility for any delays due to a carrier strike or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control which compromises the transport.
Courier deliveries occur during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00). It is recommended to provide an address where a person can physically accept delivery. Please include a phone number in the event the courier needs to contact the recipient.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left at the address and another delivery attempt will be made the following day. Should this 2nd attempt be unsuccessful, the goods will be stored and the costs (€15.00) for redelivery will be the responsibility of the recipient.
