Not far from the municipality of Monteforte d’Alpone is the vineyard “Le Volpare”, a terroir where the garganega vines that Tommasi uses for this Soave Classico DOC are bred. A fresh, frank and direct product, with which the company demonstrates its ability to move from more demanding products to lighter and carefree wines, always guaranteeing an excellent quality standard. The grapes ferment in steel, where they then refine for about six months before being bottled. To drink now.
