The Puiatti winery has always produced its wines with the utmost respect for the environment, enhancing the proven terroir and underlining the essence of each label. This is what also shows the Collio Chardonnay DOC “Archètipi” – Puiatti. It is put on the market after a long rest, partly in steel, partly in barrique and partly in the bottle, which reaches thirty months in total. It is a wine that requires to be understood, but which if understood in its most intrinsic peculiarities, is able to give fabulous satisfactions. To be tried as a meditation wine, perhaps accompanying it with a good cigar: it will amaze you.
