Tenuta Col di Lamo was founded in Montalcino and is one of the most innovative and dynamic wineries in the Ilcinese territory.

Managed entirely by women, of whom the owner Giovanna Neri and her daughter Diletta are the highest expression, this strong female identity is also highlighted in the logo chosen by the company, composed of the profile of a woman’s face in orange.

The vineyards of Col di Lamo extend for ten hectares at an altitude of about 300 metres above sea level and are divided into three different plots (“Vigna Colombaio”, “Vigna Diletta” and “Vigna del Lamo”) and are used respectively for the production of Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino. The methods of cultivation and processing of the grapes are completely natural and include organic manuring, green manure and biological treatments based on sulphur and copper. The winery is nestled in the hills of the Val d’Orcia and its architecture has been specially designed to follow the natural cycle of wine production and, at the same time, to welcome customers and visitors by showing them every step of the process that this quality wine goes through, from the vineyards visible from the panoramic terrace to the actual processing.

Among the excellences of this winery we find Col di Lamo Giovanna Neri Brunello di Montalcino.
