The Cerbaiola Salvioni located about 1 km from the town of Montalcino on a ridge 420m above sea level. The vineyard writing everything Brunello di Montalcino covers about 4 ha. The production of 15,000 bottles stood on the split between annual Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. There are two wineries in the company, a business in the place for all the harvest and wine making and storage of the Red, the second is located in the historic city center and serves for the storage of Brunello that rests in barrels of 20hl Slavonian oak. The company is led by Julius Salvioni, his wife Mirella and their children David and Alessia.
