The initial attack is typical of Chardonnay: soft and slender mouth, in all sweetness. Slightly honeyed floral notes, white fruits, dried fruits are associated with the almost chalky minerality of the Côte des Blancs. The consistency recalls the confetto, a sensation reinforced by a delicate and enveloping effervescence. The mouth continues on finesse, elegance and freshness, underlined by hints of fresh mint and basil. |
