Nottola
Nottola Estate is situated on a beautiful vineyard hill inside the prestigious area in Tuscany where Vino Nobile di Montepulciano has been produced for a thousand years. My father Anterivo Giomarelli who appreciated good food and wines, bought the Estate at the end of 80’s. At that time the Estate was composed of the 18th century Villa Bracci, others ancient farmhouses and 10 hectares of vineyards. With his passion and strength, he decided to buy and plant more vineyards just close to the property. Futhermore with also the whole family support we set up an important structural recovery work and the project of a modern winery. All these works were carried out through the recovery of the old materials and the respect towards territory and landscape.
In our days the Nottola Estate is composed of twentyfour hectares of wineyards, olive trees and a one thousand seven hundreds squaremetres modern cellar where the whole production process is carried out and evolves with care and sagacity.
Since the beginning the oenological support of Riccardo Cotarella.
