It is our homonymous wine and represents the identifying symbol of the Estate. Born as a classic Bordeaux blend, its grapes come from the most suitable vineyards for its blend; the result is a remarkable wine that comes from a combination of characteristics that are rarely found: finesse, elegance, complexity, density, intensity, length and freshness.
Produced from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes in equal parts, with a small addition of Petit Verdot.

| Vinification |
The grapes were carefully selected on the vibrating belt in the cellar. Destemming and soft pressing; alcoholic fermentation in truncated-conical steel tanks for 3-4 weeks at 28 °, malolactic fermentation in barriques for 15% of the mass, the remainder in steel. The wine spent 15 months in French oak barrels, 85% new and one year used for the remainder. The wine is aged for at least 6 months in the bottle before being sold. |
