Distilled from fresh grape of Sangiovese, locally called Brunello, aged five years in wood, has a beautiful amber color with shades of copper and a kaleidoscope of flavors as complex as amazing … The smoke of the cigar is the evolution of taste and continuous renewal of feelings that change depending on the length of cigar smoke, it was necessary, therefore, produce a distillate that is the cigar accostasse impetuously, with aromas and flavors so as not to be overwhelmed, but at the same time, in a polite and respectful gradually became a good companion of Tuscan pleasures that releases in a way which is, on the palate, full and smooth, almost sensual and feminine at the same time. To accompany the Tuscan cigar we had to choose one marc of character and honor, subjecting it to the occasion with a special aging that is the real secret of this production: a wise use of appropriately selected and toasted wood. The end result is a unique product like the Tuscan cigar, while it is a pleasure for me to see how this grappa is appreciated by those who love the good and unique.
