Fattoria della Talosa is located in the heart of Montepulciano, with its historic cellar housed in the 16th-century vaults of Palazzo Tarugi and Palazzo Sinatti. Its 33 hectares of organically farmed vineyard lie in the Pietrose cru area and are dedicated to Sangiovese for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

Yes: since 1972 the estate has belonged to the Roman Jacorossi family, among the first in Montepulciano to pursue a path of excellence. Today the winery is led by the third generation, with Edoardo Mottini Jacorossi. A turning point came in 2004, with a radical renewal of the vineyards and winemaking techniques.
