Inama

Inama is located between two Veneto territories: Soave Classico, with ancient volcanic soils, and the Colli Berici, characterized by limestone soils. Overall the winery farms about 80 hectares split between the two areas.

Yes: its origins go back to 1948, when Giuseppe Inama bought the first vineyard on Monte Foscarino, in the classic Soave area. The first wine, a Sauvignon called 'Vulcaia' to showcase its volcanic-origin soil, marked the start of a project now carried forward by the family's third generation.

Production is split between the whites of Soave Classico, from volcanic soils with vibrant minerality, and the reds of the Colli Berici, grown on limestone soils rich in silt and red clay: two very different but complementary territories in the Inama family's interpretation.
