Val di Suga: The story of Val di Suga began in 1969, when a company owned by Aldo Moro acquired farmland north of Montalcino and built a production and commercial facility there. Those fields, once used for forage, were gradually converted into vineyards through various changes in ownership, until in 1982 Val di Suga started wine production with its own winemaking cellar.
