After destemming, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature of 27-28\u00b0C for about 12-13 days. Subsequently the wine ages partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels for 6 months before being bottled.<\/p>\n<p>It is characterized by a lively ruby red colour. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with hints of cherries and red fruits.
