Immediately upon receipt and payment confirmation of your order, products will be prepared and packed at our warehouse then delivered to the courier within two working days.

\nBank transfer orders will only be shipped upon receipt of payment from the customer. Processing time may be delayed until confirmation of payment is credited to our bank account.

– PENDING PAYMENT:<\/b> We are waiting for payment to be completed. If problems occur with payment, please contact us by email: info@enotecadipiazza.com or by phone at +39 0577 848037. After 3 days if payment has not been confirmed the order will be automatically canceled. <\/span><\/p>

– PROCESSING:<\/b> Once the order has been processed and confirmed, it will be packed and ready to ship. In the event any of your selections are not available at the time of the order, we will contact you immediately and give you an option to wait for the item restock or replace it with another product.<\/span><\/p>

– COMPLETED:<\/b> Your order has been taken over by the courier. <\/span><\/p>

– CANCELED:<\/b> Order was canceled due to non-payment or at the request of the customer. This order cannot be reactivated in any way and products are automatically returned to our inventory but can be purchased again. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

– EUROPE<\/strong>: deliveries vary from 7-10 working days<\/span><\/p>

– USA:<\/strong> deliveries are approximately within 2 – 3 weeks. We offer an air and non-naval service. Actual travel time is only 3 days however delivery times to final destinations are unavoidably delayed due to Customs inspections and controls.<\/span><\/p>

– JAPAN, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, ICELAND AND NORWAY: <\/strong>delivery times are 7 working days. We offer an air and non-naval service. Actual travel time is only 3 days however delivery times to final destinations are unavoidably delayed due to Customs inspections and controls.<\/span><\/p>

– CANADA, AUSTRALIA:<\/strong> delivery times are 15 working days. We offer an air and non-naval service.
