The farm was established in 1985 with just 2 hectares of productive vineyards. It was run by Assunta Pascucci and Clara Brigidi, the mother and aunt of the present-day owner, until 1999 when son – nephew Luca Nannetti took the helm. At the start, the farm produced around 5,000 bottles of Brunello and 5,000 of Rosso. After years of hard work, these figures have increased to around 30,000 bottles a year and around 10 hectares of vineyards. The whole family continues to work alongside Luca today, and together they have created the right balance between innovation and tradition. The first wines to be marketed were the 1987 Rosso and Brunello.
