It is the fruit that is the protagonist at the beginning, with notes of not too ripe apricot, then peach and white currant. In a second moment the notes of marjoram and catmint arrive, light but evident. In the gustatory part, there is a good perception of solidity at the beginning, then juiciness that gives a beautiful liveliness and then an appetizing salty note. In the aftertaste, the citrus part is beautiful where grapefruit and cedar can be recognized.
