The Prince is the Brunello di Montalcino wine. It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, harvested by hand from vines at least 20 years of age. After an accurate temperature-controlled fermentation, the Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Il Poggione ages in French oak barrels for 36 months. Then oak aging, the wine spent a period of aging in bottle, the wine is essential to ensure the enjoyment and the complexities that have made him known around the world
