Is the red wine which constitutes the “heart” of the Talenti winery, produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes since 1981, it grows in the company’s best vineyards. After careful vinification the wine matures in oak barrels (26 and 18 hl) with a small percentage ageing in tonneaus of 500 l for two and a half years, followed by 12 months ageing in the bottle before being sold. When on the shelf, the wine is ruby-red in colour with an intense, characteristic and delicate aroma, harmonious, with a hint of vanilla and red fruit, wide and warm taste. Persistent, very harmonious and tasty, with a structure and complexity which gives the wine longevity.

Maturation for 36 months in French oak casks (500lt), medium-sized barrels and oak casks (10-18 Hl). Next in bottle for at least six months.
Ruby red with garnet highlights.
Fermentation and maceration for at least 20-25 days, depending on the quality of the vintage, at a controlled temperature <30 ° C in stainless steel vats of medium capacity (50-80Hl).
Scent clean, elegant, intense and complex, full of ethereal aromas of ripe berries and spice tobacco, chocolate and leather.
Warm with present but soft tannins, of great structure, good persistence and remarkable aging capacity.
By hand into crates at the end of September, with careful selection of the best grapes
