That of Bricco delle Viole is one of the sub-areas of Barolo that reaches the highest altitudes above sea level. This is where the homonymous Barolo from “Marengo” comes from. A Piedmontese red that holds the flag of regional and not only oenology, giving a thick drink, still energetic and imported today, but which in the coming years will be able to offer delicacy and refinement like few other wines will know how to do. Left to rest for two years in oak barrels, it is a Barolo really with a capital “B”.
