Tasting notes
Amber yellow colour. Delicious on the nose, with a rich, clean and pleasant aromatic baggage with notes of raisins, candied fruit and walnut followed by a delicate fragrance reminiscent of chestnut honey. On the palate velvety harmonic, very balanced with the well-balanced sweetness and warmth of the alcohol. Very long and very pleasant finish.
Pairings
At a temperature of 14-15°C with cantucci (Tuscan dry biscuits made with almonds) and dry pastries; at 10-12°C with aged hard cheeses and liver-based patés.
