The wineries:
- Col d’Orcia: A name synonymous with tradition and integrity, Col d’Orcia is Tuscany’s largest certified organic producer. The winery boasts a winemaking history dating back to the 1700s, producing sustainable, classic-style wines celebrated worldwide.
- La Mannella Cortonesi: The estate has 8 hectares of vineyards dedicated to “Brunello di Montalcino.” It began its winemaking activity in the early ‘70s, with vineyards located in the most prized areas of Montalcino, both north and southeast. A young estate, its first bottled vintage dates back to 1990.
- Belpoggio: A 10-hectare estate, with 5 dedicated to vines (100% Sangiovese) and the rest an ancient olive grove, located just 500 meters from the Abbey of Sant’Antimo. The historic residence has been carefully restored, and the winery has been fully modernized.
- Podere Brizio: Synonymous with excellence and tradition. Located in the heart of Tuscany, this winery produces wines that reflect passion and attention to detail. Each bottle is a testament to a love for the land and the art of winemaking.
- Tenuta Pian delle Vigne: Situated 6 km south of Montalcino, above the Val d’Orcia, and named after a characteristic 19th-century railway station within the estate. It spans approximately 180 hectares, with around 65 planted with vineyards, mostly facing southeast.
- Poggio Rubino: Located in Montalcino, Poggio Rubino employs winemaking techniques that highlight the uniqueness of each vineyard. Through manual harvesting and targeted phenolic ripening, they produce wines that reflect the elegance and complexity of the land.

- Bonacchi: Equipped with state-of-the-art winemaking and bottling facilities, Cantine Bonacchi is located in the heart of Montalbano and has been producing, vinifying, bottling, and marketing the finest Tuscan wines for three generations.
- Tenuta La Fuga: The smallest estate in the family group. Located in the southwest part of the Montalcino area, at an altitude of 400 meters, where warmer temperatures and a distant hint of sea breeze contribute to producing rounder and softer Brunellos.
